All our communications with ourselves and others are based on love for what we are and hope to become, this is the basis of everything that client comes to support us.2. Keep on working on acknowledging the differences in point of view from others, without "Right or Wrong" in your mind and always listen attentively to what they have to say and ALWAYS AVOID JUDGMENT BEFORE YOU HEAR THE FULL STORY.3. No speaking down on clients, fellow colleagues in the office, or mocking others where comments uttered can have a negative outlook for our business or can destroy relationships that benefit the company.4. If a conflict arises due to different point of views with a client or fellow colleague, before the end of the day make sure the conflict has been resolved, you apologized without spending too much time entertaining your emotions because it can lead to us loosing clients, as if this is not monitored and we keep on entertaining having conflicts with clients/fellow colleagues, we will end up closing down because business is about people and we need to make and maintain all the relations with other people.5. Not interrupting a client/colleague before they have finished their thoughts.6. Not arriving late to work/meetings7. Dressing properly and in line with our corporate image as other corporations who want to get services from us look as us an example for the work we do.8. Not using offensive and inappropriate language9. Respecting everyone's cultural and religious beliefs10. Not lying about mistakes.11. Be humble & considerate no matter your state of urgency, ALWAYS PREPARE IN TIME, DON'T RUSH OTHERS WHEN YOU ARE LATE, YOUR LATE MIGHT BE SOMEONE'S EARLY.
