We selected the name CIVITAS to reflect the firm's commitment to our community and the cities where we live, work and play. CIVITAS offers our clients the benefits of a broad base of commercial real estate knowledge and experience. We have represented tenants and landlords as broker and advisor in New York, NY and Washington, DC. We are committed to providing professional advice and representation to the stakeholders in the urban commercial and institutional real estate markets. CIVITAS is not a large, multinational enterprise, but rather a part of the communities where we operate. We are dedicated to serving organizations that are affected by the changing demographics of the urban markets. We see our role as much more than a facilitator of real estate transactions.
