The Leadership Institute of Acadiana is a non-profit organization committed to building leaders for the Acadiana Region. The organization is comprised of three active programs and is constantly evaluating new opportunities to improve the leadership capacity of individuals and organizations in the Lafayette community.The Institute's flagship program, Leadership Lafayette, was started by the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce and has trained more than 700 local leaders including prominent elected officials, business leaders, and community leaders. The Institute has since become an independent organization but still works in partnership with One Acadiana.
