Our services include:As-Built Architectural Surveys - These are architectural drawings of existing facilities for the purpose of remodeling or refreshing the building. Floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, roof plans & site plans are all parts of the As-Built Architectural Survey package. Fixture Verifications: These are drawings of existing fixtures and equipment in the field. These drawings are completed in real time in CAD with no conversions needed off site. A Fixture Verification package is the only way to ensure all equipment and fixtures are accurate & up to date.Asset Tracking - This provides the ability to quickly and accurately track all building information (square footage, number of locations, fixtures and equipment) in one location. Captured data from the Asset Tracking package helps to understand the life cycle of capital expenses.Sign Re-Branding - This is a critical component of the retail refresh cycle. New signs & logos roll out on a regular basis and without accurate information regarding quantity and size, costly mistakes can be made.
