IN is a mentored learning initiative of the George Brown College School of Design. It has three components: store, studio, and catalogue. | IN store is a retail venture where students, alumni, and faculty develop products for sale and learn about the intersection between design and entrepreneurship. Students can explore new technologies and discover commercially viable ways to apply their creative skills. We curate a selection of well-designed products for the public. | IN studio is a mentored studio space. We hire students to work on a variety of design projects for internal clients under staff supervision. IN also offers academic, personal, and technical help for students with the support of Peerconnect through one-on-one consultation, workshops and events organized by Peer Coaches. | IN catalogue is a print and digital publication co-created by students, faculty and staff. It shares the stories of projects, partnerships and products from IN and the Centre for Art, Design and Information Technology.
