Our mission at Sport Progression is to help all athletes - of any age, sport, or background - train smart, work hard, and reach their highest potential. We want to do everything possible to help players get better as fast as possible and perform well when it matters most. Our services include: 1) group and individual basketball training, 2) comprehensive, high-level performance training (strength, power, explosion, etc.) for all ages and sports, 3) short-term training courses for speed & agility and vertical jump, and 4) basketball and performance camps and clinics throughout the year, primarily in and around El Paso, TX. At Sport Progression, we build structured training programs to accelerate skill, strength, and mental development. Everything we do is designed to transfer to in-game performance to help athletes succeed in live competition. More than anything else, however, we try to stay focused simply on what has been proven effective, time and again.Athletic success is always the result of focused, intentional, and intelligent hard work over long periods of time. This approach, rooted in experience and science, has been proven to be the surest path to maximizing individual potential. Not everyone will be a star and get a scholarship, but everyone can work hard and reap the benefits and satisfaction of giving 100% and training at a high level. At Sport Progression we invest significant amounts of time in continuing to learn about all aspects of sports performance.
