It is owned and operated by Gerald and Kaela Neely.As a general contractor with the State of Tennessee, we are licensed to participate in residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. We are members of the West TN Home Builders Association, Uniform Certification Agency, Mid-South Minority Business Council Continuum, TN Minority Supplier Development Council, Memphis Regional Chamber, Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South.Growing tremendously over the years, C-1 has gained the necessary knowledge and experience to handle all types of construction projects.
