At Academy Northwest, we're putting learning where it belongs — with the focus on the student as learner and achiever, the parent as trainer who collaborates with the teacher consultant, and the teacher consultant providing support & assessment.As a fully accredited private school and Washington State approved, we offer a distinctive hybrid of private school and home education geared specifically toward your family and the learning style of your student. With 25 Teacher Consultants in the region and accredited by AdvancED, our extension program is a "school-without-walls", serving thousands of homeschooling families with a successful education model since 1981. In addition to our extension program, Academy Northwest also operates two full-time, 5-day, schools, one in Marysville (grades K-8) and one in Bothell (grades 5-8). These are fully recognized and accredited private schools with a very small teacher-student ratio. Students receive an individualized and tailored educational program that integrates a biblical worldview and real-life applications. Our ultimate goal is to empower our students to be self-motivated, to mature in character and faith, and to become independent learners.
