While most title companies are closed in the evenings, our offices are typically open late. Our underlying philosophy is that we do not leave until the last available task is completed. Our West Coast clients find this particularly helpful due to the significant time difference. We are also open most Saturdays, and offer closing services at any location at any time. All title commitments, closings and disbursements undergo a secondary quality control review by a Licensed Florida Title Agent prior to delivery to our customers. This all but eliminates errors.
