Before Thorpe Shwer, Bill was a Director and Chair of the Litigation Department at Fennemore Craig where he practiced for over 30 years. One of Arizona's preeminent trial attorneys, Bill has extensive experience in commercial and tort matters. He's been repeatedly recognized by Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury , Chambers USA Leading Lawyers, Southwest Super Lawyers, Benchmark Litigation, and U.S. News. Before Thorpe Shwer, Brad was a Director with Fennemore Craig focusing on commercial and tort litigation. He was recognized as a Local Litigation Star by Benchmark and by U.S. News. He is also active in the community, having been honored by the Phoenix Business Journal as a 40 under 40, serving as an adjunct law professor at ASU and serving on the MVP Foundation Board. Kristin joined Thorpe Shwer as a senior associate from Fennemore Craig with experience in commercial and tort litigation. Southwest Super Lawyers named Kristin a "Rising Star in General Litigation." She is a founding member of Suns Charities 88 who work with Phoenix Suns Charities to benefit Arizona's children. Before becoming a lawyer, Adam served as an infantryman and military police officer in the US Army and National Guard, serving in Iraq and receiving numerous medals, including the Purple Heart.
