Our commitment is to provide safe, confidential and empowerment based individual and family counseling to those who desire better coping skills, seek to resolve childhood and adult trauma, living with PTSD, Anxiety, Addictions, Domestic and Sexual Violence, Gender Identity challenges, LGBTQ issues, etc. It is often difficult to reach out for help due to stigma, cultural expectations and various other barriers. Counseling is not an affirmation that something is "wrong with you" but an opportunity to be validated for the valuable individual that you are.
