Through over 50 properties in our rental portfolio and 160+ single-family homes in our down-payment assistance program, we provide more than 550 Vermont households with a high-quality, safe place to live that is also financially viable.But we don't stop there – developing housing and creating opportunities for affordable homes is only the tip of the iceberg. While having a place to call home may be the foundation upon which one's life is built, there is so much more that is needed for long-term stability and success. Vermonters need access to education, jobs, nutritious food, healthcare, transportation, and vibrant communities.
