We provide a complete concept to completion service for all developments, from topographical survey, building surveys, designs and production of planning drawings, planning application packages, and building notation and drawings for building control, to project management. We also carry out Building Surveys and Valuation work and have specialist in house knowledge of the rural sector and estate management. The office premises are on a working livestock farm also operated by us. Having operated in south east England for 22 years, Price Whitehead provide services to individual clients for one off schemes, as well as to companies, rural Estates, farms and commercial property owners. Our experience extends to historic and listed buildings, building conversions to new uses including residential and Class Q, new build dwellings, housing developments,as well as equestrian and agricultural schemes and diversification projects.
