Operate.' model.Our specialty is in bioenergy and waste-to-energy applications, driven by life-cycle principles. We use our own resources and expertise to take on the early stage risk of developing projects from inception through to being 'investable' value propositions, thereafter guiding them through project financing, detailed design, construction, commissioning, ongoing operation and asset management.PHP is ultimately technology agnostic based on 'best fit for project' and aims to design, finance and build outstanding projects, as well as streamlining the entire development process from start to finish using sustainable design principles, intelligent software, quality engineering and common sense. Since we don't believe in taking unnecessary risks, we work only with established OEMs with demonstrated reference projects and partner only with experienced, reputable EPC contractors.
