Pacific Perspectives is a consultancy focused on solutions for our Pacific Community. We deliver mentoring, and Pacific workforce and capability development in public sector organisations. We specialise in Pacific inputs to strategy, public policy advice and how services are delivered to achieve high quality outcomes. We work extensively (but not exclusively) in the Health and Social Services sectors. We facilitate Pacific professional networks and we work with Pacific communities on behalf of NGOs, business as well as government organisations. Our services include project management, workforce and leadership development and mentoring, cultural competency training, conference presentations and reports analysing issues impacting on Pacific peoples. We manage research and evaluation projects addressing issues for Pacific peoples. Our work is trusted because it is undertaken within a framework of cultural and professional standards. We are guided by Pacific values such as respect and reciprocity. We adhere to our professional ethics and the values of public service - integrity, honesty, political neutrality and respect for the Treaty of Waitangi. We work with others where collaboration enhances the quality and excellence of our results.
