Our firm was founded in 2021 by Brent Longnecker who has had 36 years of consulting experience with KPMG Peat Marwick and Deloitte & Touche, where he served as Regional and National Partner respectively. In 2003, he formed Longnecker & Associates - an independent consultancy firm that specialized in executive and board compensation issues.Over that time, it became apparent that there were two types of client companies - those that purposed to be ethical and those that did not. With the sweeping changes and complexities surrounding pay - coupled with significant government reform - it became apparent that companies purposing to be ethical would significantly differentiate themselves from those that did not. 1 Reputation, LLC was "born" out of the need to represent companies, executives and boards who understand their most important asset is their REPUTATION.1 Reputation, LLC is founded on almost four decades of experience and a strong, moral compass.
