Our Products HAI offers the North American foundries a comprehensive range of products supported in three main market segments: Resin Systems for bonding sand; Resin Coated Sand (RCS) for the shell process; and Refractory Coatings. Along with a robust offering under those segments, HAI carries a line of companion and auxiliary products to perfectly compliment your foundry operations, and Wedron Flux, a line of a metal treatment products that result in a cleaner, stronger casting alloy for your facility. Our Services In addition to a robust product offering, HAI offers a variety of services designed to maximize the performance of our products with our customers operations. Our Technical Service team is second to none in the industry, they are highly skilled and very experienced in the industry. As an example of HAI's commitment to sustainability in the industry, we offer HARP, HAI amine reclamation program. This program provides a cost efficient and environmentally friendly outlet to foundries to manage their amine emissions and waste streams associated to phenolic urethane cold box operations.
