Our mission is to provide the highest level of customer service for complicated construction projects, particularly historic renovation projects. IBG was established on the belief that hard work and dedication to principles can make a difference, both to the success of a business and to the revitalization of the City of Detroit. Our firm specializes in adaptive reuse/renovation and historic restoration projects throughout Southeastern Michigan, with our primary focus being the historic districts of Detroit.We respect and understand the needs of clients, and are happy to look at either Construction Management or Architectural services.
