Locally owned, Kirhofer's Sports opened its doors to the Fox Valley area in 1984 as Northgate Sports near downtown Aurora. Over the next 12 years, the store built its reputation to include both retail and outside sales for local sporting teams and organizations. In need of additional space, the store relocated in 1996 to its current location at 2112 W. Galena Blvd. The store remains here today and serves as a primary destination for your sporting goods needs.With our reach spreading throughout the entire northern Illinois area, our team sales group has played a vital role in supplying uniforms and equipment to many schools, leagues, clubs and organizations throughout the northern Illinois area. Our team sales room contains a large variety of jersey and apparel samples to help you make informed decisions prior to ordering. Stop in or set up an appointment to visit the team room and to speak with one of our salesman.Upon immediately entering the store, you'll see the core values of our retail mission remain the same today. Our inclusive retail floor contains a variety of apparel and goods at competitive prices, including local apparel (Cubs, White Sox, Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks) and high-school spirit wear for most schools in the immediate Aurora area. Additionally, we offer a wide selection of baseball equipment, name-brand shoes, socks, blank Russell hoodies, crews, sweats and shirts (to name a popular few).
