Established in 1981, Kapur presently employs over 260 professionals and has been providing services to Local, State, Federal and Private Development clients, various agencies, and the Department of Transportation nationwide for 35 years. Kapur has become a trusted business partner and leader in the industry by providing exceptional expertise and technical knowledge across every phase of a project.
