After ten successful years of building luxury custom homes and ranch estates, the company began a relationship with several multi-family developers and went on to renovate and build several apartment communities through the 1990's. Almost thirty years later those same relationships have strengthened and Concept has since completed nearly 10,000 multi-family units.
