From prototype to production, we have the capability to manufacture our products to the highest industry standards.Currently, Keats operates 180 production machines & employs 175 people in 3 plants (Wheeling, IL – El Paso, TX – El Marques QRO, MX). Keats manufactures parts using state of the art precision stamping equipment with a focus on Four-Slide, Multi-Slide & Progressive Die Stamping. Equipment ranges from 1 to 150 tons of die pressure. Keats has a dedicated in-house tool development team and is known throughout the industry for building exceptional quality tooling and holding extremely tight tolerances on complex small metal parts.
