Edge Fitness has been in operation as a private one-on-one and semi-private studio since February of 2006. We provide an intimate and effective setting, that provides our clients a level of comfort and focus during their workouts. There is never any competing sharing equipment at our studio. We provide complimentary bottled water and a workout towel for each workout. We have no hidden fees or add-ons that have been so accustomed at other facilities. No monthly membership fees here. Our packages are set up at 5, 10, 20, and 50 packs with payments that can be set up on our 20 and 50 packs. The more you commit to, the less per hour the training is. Our rates are very competitive in the community and we always offer the first session for free to show you the difference we offer in training.Our trainers all come from exercise and wellness backgrounds and have been practicing in the personal training industry for several years. We also provide at no extra charge, custom meal plan guides for our clients. And our clients are encouraged to do their cardio here on their days off from their workout. Our typical clients are ones who are looking for a dynamic and effective workout. Too often have we seen the fitness industry stuck in a cycle of too much emphasis on equipment that has been around for decades. Our trainers are up-to-date on the latest workout regiments that go above and beyond circuit machines and barbell/dumbbell routines. The body will reach it's true self by inducing several styles of working out that include: olympic lifting, kettle bell training, power lifting, plyometrics, kick boxing, and strength training. The body works through several energy systems and the type of workout you are doing will effect each and become more efficient over time.
