Café Janae is a multi media health and wellness company that specializes in teaching diet and lifestyle interventions that assist clients in loosing weight and transforming their health. Café Janae hosts various classes that include healthy cooking demonstrations, hands on healthy cooking classes, health and wellness seminars and group coaching. The philosophy of Café Janae is that while many Americans are suffering from chronic illness (such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease, arthritis, mood disorders, ADHD, etc), most of these conditions can be attributed to the food and lifestyle choice people make. We teach our clients how to easily and successfully change their diet and lifestyle choices so they can say goodbye to the pain and suffering caused by these choices We make this health transformation fun and easy with live classes, video tutorials, group coaching, and achievable goals that help our clients feel better quickly and loose weight. Of course the food at Café Janae isn't you typical diet food. Our recipes must conform to 5 rigid rules. 1. The food must be made ONLY from Whole, Live, and Raw food ingredients. 2. The food must be quick and easy to make. 3. The food must be so delicious you won't want to eat it's junk food counterpart. 4. You will be full, satisfied, and feel amazing after eating the food. 5. The food must contribute to optimal health and wellness.
