The legacy we offer is an American story of how fear and hate forced the U.S. government to incarcerate 120,000 innocent people because of their ancestry. Tom Ikeda is the executive director of Densho, a nonprofit that uses digital technology to share the stories of Japanese Americans incarcerated during WWII.
