CultureCare uses a physical "foot in the door" with curated CarePackages filled with awesome wellness products and messaging to facilitate employee engagement around wellness, mental health and company initiatives. Our CarePackage's feature goodies that are good for the body, mind, and planet - diverse and inclusive ingredients lists, wildlife-friendly, ethically sourced, and primarily from small businesses owned by women and people of color (or both!). Custom landing pages, QR codes and surveys/pulse checks drive data-driven engagement to promote wellness & culture initiatives. Launching Q2 2022, the CultureCare Platform will provide content and calendars to support Diversity Equity & Inclusion, cultural, seasonal and other employee communication initiatives. You'll also be able to connect with digital partners - think teletherapy, yoga, meditation, mindfulness & resiliency workshops for corporate and individual needs. We also employ low-waste warehousing and shipping in our logistics as well as down our supply chain, meaning most of our goodies, materials, and CarePackages take a ride on solar-powered trucks. Our insert cards, pre-made boxes, and custom boxes are all made of recycled materials, made up of 70% post-consumer waste such as papers and plastics.
