The Panel of Mediators is a dynamic and pro-active group dedicated to the promotion and education of the benefits of Mediation in Ireland covering both the Corporate and Civil sectors. The Panel of Mediators is made up of a select group of Accredited Mediators who are driven by helping disputing parties resolve conflict through Mediation and other ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Services. Through our work we have seen first hand how disputes between parties can ad unnecessary stress and strain (both financially and psychologically) to individuals' already stressful lives. At The Panel of Mediators our aim is to help resolve disputes in the most cost effective and stress free way possible, in a neutral environment where both sides are on an equal footing. Because Mediation by its nature is a strictly confidential process The Panel of Mediators ensure that all disputing parties use this neutral and confidential environment to the best of their advantage. Mediation is an excellent way to resolve any type of dispute. Almost 98% of all civil lawsuits settle through mediation before trial for a fraction of the time and expense of legal action and court proceedings. At The Panel of Mediators we see disputes settle within a minimum of 4 – 5 hours to a maximum of 3 days, depending on the case. We cover the whole Island of Ireland as well as the UK
