ILA projects encompass key metropolitan estates and regional developments such as the new Peel Business Park in Nambeelup which will ultimately become a 1,000ha sustainable industrial zone at the gateway to the rapidly-growing Peel region south of Perth.With a focus on agri-innovation and opportunity, and strong road and port infrastructure links providing connections to national and overseas markets, this flagship ILA project is a key example of our approach to development across the industrial and residential sectors.
