Get to know our founder, Brianna!My story begins in a place where food and products are sourced locally from Mother Nature, and taking care of your well-being is part of your daily routine, the Azores. Growing up, I had family members who suffered from chronic stomach issues, and so did I. Early on in life, I was diagnosed with IBS and decided to go back to my roots to find potential solutions. To live a balanced life, I could no longer compromise my health or my life's pleasures. I've learned to do this; I need to make time for myself. Travel more, appreciate the simple things in life, and eat guilt-free. These experiences brought Vitale to life through these experiences. Everything we make has a purpose and can be enjoyed with all your loved ones. For me, it started in the kitchen of my college apartment, when I began mixing all types of organic, whole ingredients, and different natural remedies together. I took the approach that I learned as a child from my parents and combined it with the practices I learned from Environmental Studies during my Bachelor of Science. After months of eating whole foods, organic, and cutting out most foods that cause inflammation, I became a better and happier version of myself.We all deserve top quality products that will be more sustainable and beneficial for us and the environment by utilizing nature's gifts in their raw form.
