Dr. DeLuca obtained his plastic surgery training at Eastern Virginia Medical College, one of the centers of breast reconstruction in the 1980's; and Manhattan Eye, Ear and Nose Hospital, where he served as one of the last fellows of Dr. Thomas Rees and Dr. Sherrell J.
