Ze missen wat nodig is voor een menswaardig bestaan. Dat laten we natuurlijk niet gebeuren in een samenleving waarin we omzien naar elkaar. Daarom helpt Kansfonds thuisgeven. Samen ontdekken hoe het anders kan en wat de maatschappelijke oorzaken zijn van ‘geen thuis'. Gedurfde oplossingen uitproberen. Én een vliegwiel zetten op wat werkt.
