Our mission is to provide professional dispute resolution services that are accessible to all and to be a leader in promoting peaceful, lasting, and effective solutions to conflict in St. Louis and the surrounding areas. Professional volunteer mediators assist disputants by remaining neutral and facilitating civil dialogue between the parties. We provide services for several areas of conflict that include, but are not limited to: -Neighborhood -School/Education-Roommate -Businesses-Employment -Landlord/tenant-Family Disputes -Community/Police Mediation-Cultural/Lifestyle DifferencesSince mediation is voluntary, parties attend with the desire to reduce stress and find peaceful resolutions to conflict without relying on costly decisions from lawyers and courts, employers, and others. Our services are offered at no cost to the parties. Mediation offers parties the opportunity to have their perspectives heard and understood. When participants create their own solutions, they are highly satisfied with the process and outcomes.We also provide mediation training workshops that can benefit students, employees, managers, and more.
