Dr. Moore previously served the Nashville Predators as the head team physician from 2007-2008. Dr. Jeffrey Willers serves with Dr. Moore as the Foot & Ankle Consultant to the Titans. Additionally, Elite's doctors work with numerous area colleges and high schools, including Lipscomb Academy and University as well as Harding Academy.
