Bronté Bakes is a Los Angeles-based, female-founded company featuring trademark Bars and Bites, Cake Pops and Truffles as its flagship products that are bold, brash, and loaded with complex flavors and textures. The end result is a decadent taste sensation that is deeply satisfying.This mother-daughter partnership launched in January 2021 and is headed by former tech CEO, Tari Weiss, and her pastry chef daughter, Bronté Weiss. Bronté is formally trained, having studied at the Culinary Institute of America and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She has further refined her skills at Wolfgang Puck's Spago Beverly Hills, Craft Restaurant, Bazaar at the SLS Hotel, and Eataly Los Angeles, where she was a member of an all-female baking team. We offer a wide range of flavor combinations and are constantly developing new recipes, including vegan and gluten-free options, available for pickup or local delivery in the L.A. area. The company plans to have nationwide delivery available by winter 2021. Bronte Weiss was named for the literary Brontë sisters, Charlotte, Emily and Anne – three trailblazing women who were determined to follow their passion with courage, innovation and a fierce commitment to excellence.
