LNO Inc operated as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) until its acquisition via stock purchase in October 2019 by Hui Huliau, a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) headquartered in Waianae, Hawaii. To reflect the organization's new organizational identity and strategic endeavors, LNO Inc underwent a process of corporate rebranding and began operating under the "H2" tradename in October 2020.
