All of our smoked salmon is smoked in-house, and if you visit our Smokehouse Store you'll be just 85 steps from the smoker. Our line also includes Gerard &Dominique which is modeled after the great European lox tradition and established by acclaimed chefs Dominique Place and Gerard Parrat to serve in their own French restaurants. Gerard & Dominique lox are now sold in white tablecloth restaurants and high end hotels and clubs across the country.We know your business clients and employees are very important.
