Wellness in Motion is an cozy yoga studio, located at 611 University Drive, State College, PA (use the back/upper parking lot and entrance). We offer smaller class sizes, a welcoming atmosphere, and a community feel with classes for every body - all ability levels and all ages. With more than a dozen instructors, each with a different background and training, our class variety in unparalleled. Drop in to one of our weekly classes as your schedule allows, purchase a class pass to save some money, or schedule a private session for more one on one attention. Mandy Glitzer, owner of Wellness in Motion is also a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) specializing on working with clients on an emotional level (Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy) as well as those with diagnosed back concerns such as scoliosis, herniation, or osteoporosis.
