Leap, Inc. d/b/a Brooklyn Workforce Innovations (BWI) helps jobless and working poor New Yorkers establish careers in sectors that offer good wages and opportunities for advancement. BWI’s mission is to empower low‐ and moderate‐income people by helping them gain access to living‐wage employment opportunities and career paths, and to develop programs that counter prevailing market inequalities and contribute to a broader movement for economic justice. We offer full‐time intensive skills training followed by at least two years of job placement, access to social supports and career advancement counseling.
