Friends of Education Realty and Friends of Education Real Estate Foundation are the First Non-Profit Real Estate Companies in the Nation. We are public school fundraising on Steroids! Our goal is to put BIG MONEY back in the public schools at the classroom level where it is needed most. How do we do it? We donate 100% of our profits from all home sales directly back to the public school district the home is physically located in. If your school is located outside of our immediate Minneapolis/St. Paul area we ask that PTA's and PTO's across the nation get the word out to everyone they know to utilize our firm as a referral network because every home sale in a community will generate potentially thousands of dollars (1% of the home sale price) for that community's public schools.*If you are moving or know someone who is moving contact us first before contacting another Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Broker and we will refer you to a participating "Friends of Education" Real Estate Broker of your choice that is an expert in your area. The participating Broker will sign our referral agreement that stipulates they agree to donate 1% of the sale price (typically 33% of their commission) to Friends of Education Realty, then we donate 100% of the profit right back to the public school district the home that was bought or sold was located in. This is a no cost program to homebuyers and our local selling fees are only 4.95% total (including the 2.7% commission paid to the Buyers Broker).
