At Motion Perfection Industries, we pride ourselves on our service and superior quality products, backed up by our excellent warranty program and the trusted relationships we have with our corporate clients. We manufacture, import and distribute our own product range, ACOT500, which has grown and evolved since its inception in 1996. Today, Motion Perfection Industries has managed to gain strong support from all of our corporate clients who now only stock the ACOT500 brand. The ACOT500 product range currently consists of more than 2000 items with new developments being implemented and added every month. Every ACOT500 product is evaluated and thoroughly tested before production. Our products are constantly being updated to keep in line with global trends; hence our motto: ‘PROGRESS BEYOND DEVELOPMENT'. Our distribution network supports more than 500 retail outlets and our ACOT500 products are sold throughout Africa, Mauritius, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Portugal, Iraq, the United Kingdom and Australia. In 2003, the first tooling dyes were commissioned to begin manufacturing the molded components of warning beacons for the mining, earth-moving, transport and forklift industries (Direct Current – DC). These beacons light up the vehicles or equipment and make them more visible and noisy so as to warn other vehicles or people of their approach. In June 2008, we launched warning beacons for factories and houses using Alternative Current (110vAC and 230vAC). These components have already been tested by the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) and have passed the IP65 test rating required by the mining industry. In November 2008, tooling was completed for a new lighting range, the ACOT500 Assassin Light Bar. This Light Bar has been tested and passed by the South African Bureau of Standards, as well as Australian Standards, for use in the mining industry.
