Ship Chandlers Warehouse opens its doors for private dinners. Simplicity is our secret and publicity is pernicious. Therefore this venue is known as the best kept secret of Amsterdam. If the house is ever mentioned, it is in a whisper as if to say "the place that remains to be unmentioned". And so be it. From the moment you enter the house you will feel as if you are being wrapped in a warm cloak. A dedicated staff will surround you with drinks and amuses in the cigar room on the first floor, and upon a blink of the host, the dinner will begin.The chef Dave Viersma is another of the secrets, and night after night he creates, together with the silent kitchen brigade, a mouth watering combination of different courses.
