Through WHYY-FM 90.9, WHYY-TV 12 and WHYY.org, we reach 1.3 million people on average each week in the Greater Philadelphia area. We are your local PBS and NPR member station, bringing you long-time favorite programs, such as Masterpiece and All Things Considered. But our national programs are only the tip of the iceberg. WHYY Studios produces more than a dozen local programs, such as Fresh Air with Terry Gross, You Oughta Know and Radio Times. We offer a robust regional news service supported by a newsroom more than 100 people strong, home to Billy Penn, PlanPhilly and Keystone Crossroads. We are deeply committed to the needs of young people. In fact, many people's first experience with WHYY is watching our award-winning PBS Kids television programs as a child. We also teach thousands of kids to make videos in 40+ local schools and at our studio.We bring together people in the region for more than 70 events each year.
