Catalant provides a technology platform that enables transformational change within the manufacturing environment. We do so by providing a toolbox of resources for organizations to drive operational improvements, increase employee engagement, and improve leadership capabilities.Catalant comes from the words "Catalyst" + "Propellant", and we believe it's an excellent description of who we are and what we do. In chemistry, a catalyst is a substance that greatly increases the rate at which a chemical change takes place, and a propellant is a substance that causes things to move forward. So in this perspective, we see our solution as being the catalyst upon which change takes place as an organization, and it provides the propellant to help the organizational change to continue moving forward.At our core, we believe in people, and their ability to innovate and drive immense change. However, due to numerous challenges that organizations face, those capabilities for change are often stifled or harnessed, to the point that change feels like an impossible goal. Our mission is to help organizations break through those challenges, and unleash the latent ability and talents of their people to drive change and improvements as they are innately predisposed to do.
