Business Leadership South Africa (BLSA) is an association of South Africa's largest corporations and major multinational companies with a significant presence in South Africa. Members are committed to the national goals of addressing the challenges of poverty, inequality and unemployment.Formerly known as the South Africa Foundation, the organisation changed its name and brand to BLSA in 2005.
