According to the Commission For Employment Equity report black women continue to be under represented in management positions in South Africa, the same situation is echoed in America by the Lean-in Women in the workplace report. We help black women navigate the intersection of gender and race in the workplace and position themselves for leadership positions. We also assist companies to create a pipeline of black women leadership for women and create a corporate culture that allows black women talent to flourish. We do this through Consulting, Coaching and Training programs aimed at black women and their employers
