Department of Business Administration was founded in 1988 under the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. After the foundation of the Faculty of Business in 1992, the Department of Business Administration relocated and took its place in the Faculty as the first department.Business Administration is a field of study, which includes Management and Organization, Production Management and Marketing, Accounting and Finance fields. With this field composition, the department provides diversified background necessary for success in the area of business. The department has experienced, qualified and dedicated members including the founders of the Faculty. The aim of the department is to provide quality education. In order to realize this aim, department members continously improve and renew themselves. In addition, Department of Business Administration focuses on analytical competencies, critical thinking, communication and problem solving while instructing students. This also includes case analysis, discussions and group presentations. Excellent opportunites for employment are available to the business administration graduates.
