We feel that e-commerce can be disrupted for the technical products where the customer is confused and unsure about the technical specifications of the product like while buying a mobile phone, laptop or a car. And these customers usually seek an offline advise from a friend or a friend's friend, within their social circle. If we can validate and empower these offline advisors with tools to recommend and assist the purchase then it can be a win-win for both the parties, where the advise seeker gets a trusted adviser guiding to the most relevant solution and the advisor is incentivised for the efforts. We feel such assisted e-commerce can be the next big thing in e-commerce, where every enthusiast or a technical salesman of a store would be running a social business, without any investment or infrastructure, while keeping their passion alive for their respective fields.
