Novo is the Latin word for "renew, refresh and revive." My name is Caitlin Garber MC, NCC, LPC and I am owner and counselor at Novo Counseling and Wellness. My goal is to teach you to access your internal resources to unlock your body's natural ability to heal itself. My aim is to empower you to live your best life, and guide you in how to do just that through therapy sessions that are tailored to your specific needs. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and I utilize a variety of evidence based methods to help my patients achieve their goals including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotion Focused Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.
