The IMH Healthcare team is a group of international operational activation, IS/IT consultants, and process improvement specialists, bringing decades of experience to healthcare projects to properly deliver the design, operational planning, activation, and stabilization of operations post-occupancy. We accomplish our mission by maximizing a team of experienced professionals working in harmony with the client to establish and document the vision for the project, establish proper timelines for services, prepare budgets (CapEx, OpEx, Project), operational workflow planning, training development, "Day in the Life" events, and operational activation to include the transition of services, patients, and equipment. IMH Healthcare understands operational activation and has the resources available to lead any size transition from a small medical office building to a four million square foot international greenfield facility. We want our clients to continue their core functions while we manage their vision.
