Molded Dimensions was originally incorporated in 1954. The company is proud to be ISO9001 registered. We are a place where great people choose to work. MDI, located in Port Washington Wisconsin, manufactures precision molded rubber and cast polyurethane mechanical components ranging in size from ½ oz to over 60 pounds. Our capabilities include material compounding, insert bonding, tool design and construction, die cutting, machine finishing, cryogenic deflashing, custom packaging, and inventory programs. Products manufactured are used in a variety of industries including heavy machines, small engine, marine, waste management, automotive, medical, food processing, high-speed packaging, construction, and mining. Our diversity across industries and applications provides us with vast experience and knowledge. Part of our strategy for success is GlocalSource. This business unit focuses on providing product from worldwide manufacturers including our Asian joint venture partner. The joint venture services our customers' needs locally in India, as well as globally. GlocalSource is supported by MDI's local technical service and support. We consider ourselves an extension of our customer's engineering department. Our engineering team, including our on-site Chemist, is available for design assistance prior to the project as well as during the new tool sampling process to ensure a smooth project startup.
